Shipping Fees

For orders between €0 and €35.99, a shipping fee of €2.99 applies.
For orders of €36 or more, shipping is free.

epidermes.com works with major international shipping carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which cooperate with local courier services. This allows us to deliver directly to your home and offer a flat shipping fee structure.


Processing & Payment

Orders are charged once placed, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Processing may take several days.

To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.


Order Processing Time

We begin processing your order immediately after it is placed. Therefore, changes (including address changes) cannot be made after submission. We only ship to the address provided at checkout.

You will only be charged for items that are shipped, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship only on business days (Monday–Friday) and do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

The average order processing time is 1–2 business days. Some items may require up to 10 business days, especially during peak periods or when inventory is limited.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on warehouse location and product availability.


Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country or region. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Delays and External Factors

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, epidermis.com is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Postal or logistics delays
  • Holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Government restrictions

Such factors may result in delays beyond our estimated delivery times.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for all related import costs and return shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

epidermes.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier and file a claim.

We rely on carrier tracking information and delivery confirmation when reviewing claims. Claims not reported in a timely manner may not be eligible for review.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct before placing an order.

We begin processing orders immediately and cannot make changes after submission. If an order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve or modify the address.
