RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
Some products may have special return conditions, which will be specified in the product description.
Personalized products, food items, and personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at service@epidermes.com, including your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return confirmation and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Please include the following information in your return package:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Any additional notes or requests
- Send the item(s) back using the provided return label to the address specified.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the shipping carrier chosen.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Orders are typically processed within 7 days of placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure it is done before shipment begins. If canceled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued.

Return Guide
- Contact customer service with order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Prepare the product in original packaging, unused, with tags attached.
- Ship the product using the provided return label.
- Refund will be processed after inspection.
Additional Notes
- If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not bear return shipping costs.
- Once products are handed over to the carrier, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or not as described.
